Trong suốt thời hạn Hợp đồng này và kể cả sau khi chấm dứt Hợp Đồng, nếu không được sự đồng ý trước bằng văn bản của Bên còn lại thì một Bên sẽ không tiết lộ cho bất cứ ai bất kỳ thông tin nào theo quy định tại Điều 6.1 nêu trên.
