- Báo cáo bổ sung quy hoạch phát triển cụm công nghiệp, bao gồm:
+ Sự cần thiết bổ sung quy hoạch cụm công nghiệp (trong đó giải trình về việc đáp ứng các điều kiện bổ sung quy hoạch cụm công nghiệp);
+ Định hướng phân bố và phát triển các cụm công nghiệp trên địa bàn, bao gồm: xác định tên, vị trí, dự kiến quy mô diện tích, hiện trạng sử dụng đất, đất trồng lúa, tính chất ngành nghề thu hút và các điều kiện về hạ tầng bên ngoài của các cụm công nghiệp dự kiến quy hoạch.

- A written request of the provincial DPC on additional planned industrial clusters.
- Report additional planned development of industrial clusters, including:
+ The need for additional industrial plan ( which explain the conditions meet the additional planned industrial clusters);
+ Orientation distribution and development of industrial clusters in the area, including: identifying the name, location, expected size area, the current use of the land, paddy land, nature attract industries and infrastructure conditions outside of the expected industrial planning.
