1. Tài liệu bên nước ngoài cần cung cấp cho việc thành lập công ty tại Việt Nam
a. Trong trường hợp bên nước ngoài là công ty
- *Giấy chứng nhận Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh, điều lệ công ty
-* Báo cáo tài chính năm tài chính năm 2014; 2015
- *Giấy xác nhận ngân hàng về số dự tài khoản tương đương với số vốn góp vào công ty tại con khi thành lập;
- Quyết định góp vốn thành lập công ty tại Việt Nam (HP soạn thảo)
- Quyết định về việc bổ nhiệm người đại diện theo pháp luật công ty tại Việt Nam (HP soạn thảo)
- Hộ chiếu/chứng minh thư của người đại diện theo pháp luật Công ty
Lưu ý : Tài liệu * cần được hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự tại Đại sứ quán Việt Nam tại quốc gia mà nhà đầu tư đang hoạt động
b. Chi phí:
Chi phí cho việc thành lập công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài phụ thuộc vào hồ sơ có phải thẩm tra hay không và thông thường giao động từ 3.000 – 5.000 USD
Lưu ý: Chi phí trên đã bao gồm cả phí chính thức cho việc xin Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư, giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh, con dấu, mã số thuế, phí đăng báo nhưng không bao gồm 10% thuế giá trị gia tăng (VAT), chi phí dịch và công chứng tài liệu sang tiếng Việt
