Ngày 28/03/2014, Tổng cục trưởng Tổng cục Hải quan đã ban hành Quyết định số 988/QĐ-TCHQ về việc ban hành Quy trình thủ tục hải quan điện tử đối với hàng hóa xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu thương mại; trong đó quy định cụ thể về cách xử lý khi kiểm tra hồ sơ hải quan phát hiện khai không đầy đủ hoặc có sự sai lệnh, chưa phù hợp giữa chứng từ thuộc bộ hồ sơ hải quan và thông tin khai trên Hệ thống.

On 28/03/2014, General Director of the Bureau of Customs has issued decision No 988/QD-2 issuance process for electronic customs procedures for goods of export and import trade; in which specific rules on how to handle when checking customs records revealed publicly is incomplete or has the wrong command, not fit between the certificate from the Department of customs documents and information on the system.
