Căn cứ vào kết quả kinh doanh của công ty và bảng đánh giá hàng năm của trưởng bộ phận đối với người lao động có đủ 12 tháng làm việc tại công ty, định mức lương cơ bản và định mức lương theo sản phẩm (nếu có) của người lao động sẽ được điều chỉnh theo quyết định của Ban Giám Đốc.
