An toàn lao động là chỉ việc ngăn ngừa sự cố tai nạn xảy ra trong quá trình lao động, gây thương tích đối với cơ thể hoặc gây tử vong cho người lao động.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CỦA CÔNG TY

Tổng Giám Đốc Công ty chịu trách nhiệm triển khai việc kiểm tra, đôn đốc công nhân viên thực hiện các quy định về An toàn Lao động và Vệ sinh Lao động của nội quy này.

- Ra quyết định kỷ luật công nhân viên vi phạm.

Ban An toàn lao động và Quản lý thiết bị nhà xưởng chịu trách nhiệm triển khai huấn luyện công nhân viên về quy định An toàn Lao động và Vệ sinh Lao động, quy trình vận hành thiết bị mà công nhân viên được sử dụng.
Trạm y tế có trách nhiệm tổ chức việc điều tra tai nạn lao động tại Công ty báo cáo cho Phòng Tổ chức Hành chánh và Ban Tổng Giám đốc Công ty.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CỦA CÔNG NHÂN VIÊN TRONG CÔNG TY

Mọi nhân viên đều có trách nhiệm nghiêm chỉnh chấp hành nội quy này.

Các An toàn viên Công ty có trách nhiệm triển khai các hoạt động về mặt An toàn Lao động và Vệ sinh Lao động theo chỉ thị của Tổng Giám Đốc Công ty và chịu trách nhiệm về hoạt động của mình.
QUY ĐỊNH VỀ AN TOÀN LAO ĐỘNG

Nhân viên được trang bị bảo hộ lao động và các dụng cụ được cung cấp trong thời gian làm việc và phải sử dụng đúng mục đích và đủ các trang bị đã được cung cấp

Trong thời gian làm việc, nhân viên không được đi lại nơi không thuộc phạm vi của mình.

Khi có sự cố hoặc nghi ngờ thiết bị có sự cố có thể xảy ra thì nhân viên phải báo ngay cho Tổ trưởng để xử lý.Nếu không được phân công thì nhân viên không được tự ý sử dụng và sửa chữa thiết bị.

Khi chưa được huấn luyện về quy tắc an toàn và vận hành thiết bị thì không được sử dụng hoặc sửa chữa thiết bị.

Các sản phẩm, hàng hóa vật tư, thành phẩm đóng gói, để cách tường 0.5 mét, cách xa cửa thoát nạn, cầu dao điện, phương tiện chữa cháy, tủ thuốc cấp cứu.
