Điều thứ ba là tôi khá thành thạo trong việc sử dụng các công cụ về tin học. Nó có thể hỗ trợ rất nhiều trong công việc khi thực tập ở công ty như tìm thông tin trên mạng, trình bày một bài báo cáo, in tài liệu, chép đĩa, hoặc nhập thông tin lên mạng.
Điểm yếu
Tuy nhiên tôi cũng tìm ra được những điểm yếu của mình và tìm được những cách để khắc phục nó một cách hiệu quả.

Student development
Sau khoảng thời gian thực tập hai tháng ở trung tâm AMA, tôi nhận thấy mình đã phát triển hơn được rất nhiều kỹ năng mà những môn học ở trường không thể nào rèn luyện được. Tôi đã trở nên yêu thích trẻ em hơn và cả thấy thích thú khi được dạy chúng học. Tôi đã dần cảm thấy tự tin hơn với những bài học khi dạy cho học viên. Tôi cũng đã tiếp thu được nhiều thông tin về các kì thy quốc tế.
Company development
Sau khoảng thời gian dạy ở phòng ALKT, Tôi không dám chắc là các em có nhiều tiến bộ lớn nhưng tôi đã cố gắng hết sức để dạy cho các em nhớ bài tốt hơn.
