Nếu số mẫu kiểm tra đạt yêu cầu với tỷ lệ < 95 % thì phải kiểm tra lại với số lượng mẫu tăng gấp đôi. Nếu sau khi kiểm tra lại, số lượng mẫu đạt yêu cầu trong lô vẫn nhỏ hơn 95 % thì phải kiểm tra lại từng đầu ren. Các sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu được giữ lại để đưa vào sử dụng, các sản phẩm không đạt yêu cầu bị loại bỏ.
