+ Nguyên tắc và điều kiện nâng bậc lương.
- Chế độ nâng bậc lương được thực hiện theo Nghị định số 205/2004/NĐ-CP ngày 14/12/2004; Nghị định số 114/2002/NĐ-CP ngày 31/12/2002 của chính phủ và Thông tư số 13/2003/TT-BLĐTBXH ngày 30/5/2003 của Bộ LĐTB&XH hướng dẫn thực hiện một số điều của nghị định số 14/2002/NĐ-CP ngày 31/12/2002 của chính phủ về tiền lương đối với NLĐ làm việc trong doanh nghiệp hoạt động theo Luật doanh nghiệp.
- Hằng năm căn cứ vào yêu cầu công việc tình hình SXKD, sau khi tham khảo ý kiến Ban Chấp hành CĐCS, doanh nghiệp lập kế hoạch tổ chức nâng bậc lương đối với NLĐ làm việc trong DN.

+ Principles and conditions for raising the wage level.-Lifting regimen revision be made under Decree No. 205/2004/ND-CP on December 14, 2004; Decree 114/2002/ND-CP dated 31/12/2002 and Government's circular No. 13/2003/TT-BLDTBXH dated on 30/5/2003 of HCMC LABOUR Ministry & XH Guide made a number of articles of Decree No. 14/2002/ND-CP dated 31/12/2002 of Government on wages for EMPLOYEES working in enterprises operating under the enterprise law.-Annually based on the job requirements and PRODUCTION situation, after consultation with the Executive Committee of CĐCS, the business plan for the Organization raising the salary level for EMPLOYEES working in ENTERPRISES.

- Mode wage increase was implemented by Decree No. 205/2004 / ND-CP dated 14/12/2004; Decree No. 114/2002 / ND-CP dated 31/12/2002 of the Government and Circular No.13 / 2003 / TT-MOLISA dated 30/5/2003 of the MOLISA guiding a number of articles of Decree No. 14/2002 / ND-CP dated 31/12/2002 of the Government on the wages of employees working in enterprises operating under the Enterprise Law.
- Every year, based on the requirements of the business situation, after consult the trade union executive committee, business organizations planning wage increase for employees working in enterprises.
