- CCATM chịu trách nhiệm lập bảng hỏi khảo sát trên hệ thống (Survey Monkey) dựa trên Kế hoạch khảo sát của các Phòng ban gửi về CCATM (theo đúng thời gian qui định) trong vòng 5 ngày làm việc kể từ khi nhận được kế hoạch khảo sát thỏa mãn khách hàng nội bộ từ các phòng ban gửi về;
- Hệ thống sẽ gửi email tự động tới khách hàng được chọn để đánh giá SP/DV;
o Email ghi rõ lý do khách hàng nhận được email mời đánh giá; SP/DV sẽ được đánh giá; cách thức đánh giá và tiêu chuẩn đánh giá; thời hạn đánh giá; liên hệ nếu cần hỗ trợ.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
