Ngoại trừ các trường hợp nêu tại Điều 3 của hợp đồng này, nếu một trong các bên vi phạm các quy định trong hợp đồng này hoặc có lỗi gây ra thiệt hại cho bên kia thì phải chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường mọi thiệt hại và tổn thất mà bên bị thiệt hại phải gánh chịu, bao gồm cả nghĩa vụ thanh toán mà bên bị thiệt hại phải thực hiện đối với bên thứ ba do hậu quả của việc vi phạm hay lỗi của bên vi phạm gây ra.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
