QUYẾT ĐỊNH:
Điều 1. Xác lập sở hữu nhà nước về bất động sản (gồm công trình trên đất
gắn với quyền sử dụng đất) đối với căn nhà tọa lạc ấp Tân Thuận, xã Tân Nhuận
Đông, huyện Châu Thành, tỉnh Đồng Tháp, cụ thể:
- Về đất: tổng diện tích 751,6m
2
(đất ở); thửa số 06, tờ bản đồ số 10.
- Về công trình trên đất: cấu trúc nhà ở cấp IV (1 trệt), với tổng diện tích
xây dựng là 170,40m
2
.
Điều 2. Giao Sở Tài chính phối hợp với các đơn vị có liên quan tổ chức
quản lý, khai thác và sử dụng căn nhà nêu trên theo quy định hiện hành của nhà
nước.
Điều 3. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày ký và thay thế
Quyết định số 441/QĐ-UBND.HC ngày 14 tháng 5 năm 2013 của Ủy ban nhân
dân tỉnh Đồng Tháp.
- 2 -Điều 4. Chánh Văn phòng Uỷ ban nhân dân Tỉnh; Giám đốc các Sở: Tài
nguyên và Môi trường, Xây dựng, Tài chính; Chủ tịch Uỷ ban nhân dân huyện Châu
Thành và các tổ chức, cá nhân có liên quan đến căn nhà nêu tại Điều 1 chịu trách
nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này ./.
