Các doanh nghiệp thuộc mọi thành phần kinh tế phải thường xuyên kiểm tra giá bán tại các mạng lưới bán lẻ và các đại lý bán lẻ của doanh nghiệp mình. Chính phủ đã chỉ đạo các Tổng công ty nhà nước phải gương mẫu đi đầu trong việc thực hiện yêu cầu này và chịu trách nhiệm trước Chính phủ về hoạt động của hệ thống bán lẻ và đại lý bán lẻ của doanh nghiệp.
