Quản trị học cung cấp cho người học những kiến thức cơ bản về quản trị một tổ chức(doanh nghiệp).Qua học phần này người học sẽ nắm được lý thuyết chung về quản trị một tổ chức(doanh nghiệp), bao gồm: khái niệm và sự cần thiết của quản trị, các chức năng cơ bản của quản trị, các kỹ năng yêu cầu đối với nhà quản trị, ảnh hưởng của môi trường đến hoạt động của doanh nghiệp, ra quyết định quản trị, lãnh đaọ và động viên nhân viên… ngoài ra học phần còn đề cập đến các tư tưởng quản trị và một số mô hình quản trị hiện đại.
