PHÂN PHỐI CỦA ĐẠI LÝ
7.1 Đại lý chỉ được phân phối Hàng hóa tại địa chỉ Cửa Hàng đã đăng ký với Công Ty hoặc/ và địa điểm khác mà đã có sự đồng ý trước bằng văn bản của Công Ty.
7.2 Đại Lý cam kết đảm bảo mọi thủ tục về đăng ký kinh doanh và nộp thuế đối với hoạt động phân phối Hàng Hóa theo quy định pháp luật có liên quan.
7.3 Đại Lý sẽ tự trang bị cơ sở vật chất, địa điểm kinh doanh, kh bãi và có trách nhiệm về việc tồn trữ, trưng bày, vận chuyển Hàng Hóa giao cho khách hàng hoặc/ và giao cho các đại lý, cửa hàng trực thuộc.
