Đầu ra 2.2 Ký kết các hợp đồng tiếp nhận dịch vụ tư vấn do NMT cung cấp và nông dân bán sản phẩm cho Công ty.
Sau khi nhóm công nhân hộ đồng bào dân tộc có đầy đủ kỹ năng về kỹ thuật trồng hoa (Khoảng 3 tháng) thì NMT sẽ thảo luận với họ về biên bản thoả thuận tiếp nhận các dịch vụ do NMT cung cấp và bán sản phẩm hoa cho Công ty. Công ty sẽ giúp các nhóm này xác định vùng đất trồng hoa do họ sở hữu. Cuối cùng, thời hạn và các điều kiện hợp đồng sẽ được xác định và ký kết không chỉ giữa NMT và các nhóm này mà còn cho các nhóm đồng bào khác trong vùng nếu họ có nhu cầu.

Finally, the duration and conditions of the contract will be determined and concluded not only between NMT and these groups but also for other ethnic groups in the region if they have needs.
