(iii) Mọi khiếu nại liên quan tới việc giao hàng nhận hàng, công nợ NCC phải được các Bên gửi ngay cho Bên có nghĩa vụ bằng văn bản. Bên có nghĩa vụ sẽ không có trách nhiệm giải quyết bất kỳ khiếu nại nào liên quan tới những việc nêu trên sau 30 (ba mươi) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày Hợp đồng chấm dứt theo qui định tại các điều nêu trên.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

(iii) any claim related to the delivery order, the NCC debt must be sent immediately to the parties the obligation in writing. The party had obligation will not be responsible to resolve any complaints regarding the above mentioned work after 30 (thirty) working days from the date of termination of the contract as defined in the aforesaid article.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

(Iii) All claims relating to the delivery receipt, NCC liabilities of the Parties shall be sent immediately to the obligor in writing. The obligor shall not be responsible to resolve any complaints regarding the above work after thirty (30) working days from the date of contract termination under the provisions of the foregoing.
