Để đảm bảo công tác an toàn giao thông , vệ sinh môi trường trên công trường xây dựng hạ tầng giao thông tại QL 91 KM7 + 00 - Km14 +00 trong dịp tết dương lịch và têt nguyên đán .TVGS đề nghị nhà thầu lên kế hoạch thi công và công tác đảm bảo công tác an toàn giao thông , vệ sinh môi trường cụ thể và chi tiết theo hướng dẫn tại Chỉ Thị 3650/CT-PMU1 , đặt biệt lưu ý đến công tác chống bụi tại các vị trí mặt đường cũ hư hỏng nhiều như Km 8+960 - Km9+010 ; Km 9+700 - Km 10 + 100 ... ( Tại các vị trí này có thể tiến hành láng nhựa để chống bụi ) . Nhà thầu phải đệ trình kế hoạch này cho TVGS và PMU1 trước ngày 25/12/2014 .
