(b) NCC phải bảo đảm rằng tuần lao động người lao động không vượt quá quy định mức tối đa của pháp luật hiện hành và người lao động không làm việc vượt quá số giờ quy định trong một tuần, trừ khi có việc khẩn cấp hoặc các trường hợp bất thường. Người lao động cũng phải được cho phép nghỉ ít nhất một ngày mỗi tuần. Người lao động cho mục đích của Hợp đồng này bao gồm bất kỳ và toàn bộ người nào làm việc cho NCC.

(b) the NCC should ensure that workers labor week does not exceed the prescribed maximum level of current law and workers do not work in excess of the prescribed number of hours in a week unless there is an emergency or other unusual circumstances. Workers also must be allowed at least one day of rest per week. Workers for the purposes of this agreement, including any and all who would work for the NCC.
