o Đơn vị tổ chức sự kiện tài trợ in ấn các bộ Kit sáng tạo của MES LAB để tặng người dự thính, 80 bộ x 2USD/bộ = 160USD
o MES LAB dự định tổ chức gặp mặt buổi tối với môt số khách mời trong những người dự thính để tăng cường kết nối và tuyên truyền cho các sự kiện seminar của triển lãm, đề xuất BTC sự kiện hỗ trợ kinh phí, nếu được.

2. GAMESHOW
• Tên Gameshow: “Pro Idea”
• Miêu tả:
o Người tham gia đề xuất ý tưởng cho một sản phẩm mới, khác biệt.
o Người tham gia tự đánh giá chất lượng để lựa chọn ý tưởng khả thi nhất
• Mục đích:
o Thu hút người tham gia là các kỹ thuật viên, nhà thiết kế, chủ doanh nghiệp …
o Giới thiệu kỹ thuật hiệu quả để khơi mở và tìm kiếm ý tưởng sản phẩm mới
• Thời gian dự kiến: 3 giờ buổi sáng/chiều trong ngày Thứ Hai của Triển lãm
• Nội dung:
o Chia đội: 30 người chia làm 6 đội (mỗi đội 5 người)
o Hướng dẫn: BTC Gameshow huấn luyện phương pháp và kỹ thuật sáng tạo cho các đội trong thời lượng 1 giờ
o Thi tài: các đội đề xuất, đánh giá lựa chọn ý tưởng theo quy trình trong 2 giờ. Khi kết thúc, mỗi đội sẽ trình bày 1 ~ 2 ý tưởng sản phẩm mới trước BGK và người xem
• Số khách cam kết: 90 ~ 100 (MES LAB mời trước các đội chơi, và khách tham quan)
o 30 thành viên tham gia chơi
o 60 ~ 70 lượt khách ghé xem cuộc thi (có info)
• Địa điểm: Phòng hội thảo (kê lại bàn ghế) hoặc không gian ngoài trời của triển lãm
• Đề xuất khác: Tương tự Seminar bên trên, nếu phù hợp

o Đây là mô hình đào tạo sáng tạo dựa trên thực hành nhập vai có tên IDK3 của MES LAB
