Qua các buổi nói chuyện với Leading Hand, khi được hỏi là liệu các bạn có biết vừa qua (ngày hôm trước, ca trước..) đã xảy ra sự cố gì trong nhà máy chúng ta không; Và các bạn học được bài học gì sau sự cố đó. Thì hầu hết các bạn Leading Hands từ 4 nhóm đều cho tôi cùng câu trả lời là “không biết”.

Vậy xin hỏi các vị Giám Sát là sau các buổi họp giao ban:

1) Các vị có thông báo lại toàn bộ tình hình trong nhà máy chúng ta cho tất cả các bạn CN không?
2) Các vị có giúp mọi người rút ra các bài học kinh nghiệm sau những sự cố tại nạn trong nhà máy không..

Như đã nói rất nhiều trong các cuộc họp giao ban, tất cả mọi CN đều phải nắm được mọi thông tin (nhất là về An Toàn) trong toàn bộ nhà máy chúng ta. Không chỉ ngay tại khu vực xảy ra sự cố, mà tất cả mọi khu vực khác đều phải phải biết và học được những bài học kinh nghiệm sau mọi sự cố.

Đây là làn khuyến cáo cuối cùng của tôi đối với các anh sup. Hoạt động thông tin và chuyển tải thông tin hoạt động trong nhà máy ở tất cả các ca, các khu vực xuống cho tất cả Công Nhân vận hành là bắt buộc.
