- Wooden Villa.
Mỗi phương án thiết kế đệ trình tối đa 3 lần cho Chủ đầu tư phê duyệt.

3) Đề nghị DesignLab:
- Báo giá trọn gói gói công việc.
- Đề xuất giá trị thanh toán đợt đầu tiên và đề xuất số tiền hoàn lại cho Chủ đầu tư trong trường hợp sau 3 lần đệ trình phương án thiết kế mà không được Chủ đầu tư phê duyệt.
