1- Thời hạn lập và gửi báo cáo tài chính doanh nghiệp:
Báo cáo tài chính của các doanh nghiệp phải lập và gửi vào cuối quý, cuối năm tài chính cho các cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước và cho doanh nghiệp cấp trên theo quy định. Trường hợp có công ty con (công ty trực thuộc) thì phải gửi kèm theo bản sao báo cáo tài chính cùng quý, cùng năm của công ty con.
