Điều 79. Báo cáo việc tách sửa chữa khẩn cấp thiết bị
Trường hợp tách sửa chữa khẩn cấp thiết bị, đơn vị quản lý vận hành thiết bị có trách nhiệm:
1. Cập nhật và báo cáo ngay các thông tin liên quan đến thiết bị này trong thời hạn một (01) giờ.
2. Trong thời hạn một (01) giờ, phải thông báo cho Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện về sự thay đổi trạng thái của thiết bị.
3. Trong thời hạn hai mươi tư (24) giờ phải lập báo cáo giải trình gửi Cục Điều tiết điện lực về lý do tách thiết bị khỏi vận hành và nêu rõ nguyên nhân
