Khi sự kiện bất khả kháng xảy ra, Bên chịu tác động của sự kiện bất khả kháng có trách nhiệm gửi văn bản thông báo tới Bên kia sớm nhất có thể và không được trễ hơn 03 (ba) ngày để kịp thời cảnh báo về việc mình không thể thực hiện được nghĩa vụ theo Hợp đồng này và bằng nỗ lực tốt nhất phòng tránh, hạn chế những rủi ro của trường hợp bất khả kháng gặp phải. Trong trường hợp này, Bên chịu tác động của sự kiện bất khả kháng không phải chịu trách nhiệm về việc trì hoãn, chậm hay không thực hiện các nghĩa vụ đã nêu trong Hợp đồng này.
