Học tập ở BUV khiến tôi nhận ra kĩ năng tự đánh giá bản thân và kĩ năng phản biện có vai trò vô cùng lớn trong quá trình học tập và phát triển bản thân. Tôi thường bỏ qua những kĩ năng này ở các năm trước vì nghĩ rằng nó không đem lại hiệu quả gì, chính vì vậy mà quá trình học của tôi ở thời trung học diễn ra khá là thụ động, không có tính sáng tạo. Để cải thiện điều này, tôi sẽ tập để nhìn lại và đánh giá quá trình làm việc của mình ngay sau khi hoàn thành bất cứ việc gì. Tôi sẽ liệt kê ra những điểm tốt và điểm xấu để biết được nên giữ điểm gì và cải thiện điều gì. Về kĩ năng phản biện, tôi sẽ áp dụng những bài học trong tuần lễ định hướng được hướng dẫn bởi DEAN, tập cách luôn nghĩ theo nhiều hướng khác nhau, luôn nhìn sự việc dưới nhiều góc độ để nắm được bản chất sự việc cũng như bài học một cách đa dạng nhất. Điều này sẽ kích thích việc độc lập trong học tập và tăng cường kĩ năng tự tìm hiểu của tôi.

This personal growth plan builds on the assessment and selection of skills that I think are the most important at present. Of course there are also other skills that need development that I cannot mention in this due to the limited number of words. However, I believe that if I follow this plan, I will be able to first succeed on my academic journey and have the luggage for the future to come.

Studying at BUV made me realize that self-assessment and criticism skills play a huge role in my learning and development. I often ignored these skills in previous years because I thought it was not effective, so my learning process in high school was quite passive, not creative. To improve this, I will practice to look back and evaluate my work as soon as I get anything done. I will list out the good points and bad points to know what to keep and what to improve. In terms of criticism skills, I will apply the lessons of the orientation week guided by DEAN, practicing how to always think in different directions, always looking at things from many angles to understand the nature of things as well as lessons in the most diverse way. This will stimulate academic independence and enhance my self-learning skills.

Of course, there are many other skills to develop that I can not mention in this due to the limited number of letters. However, I believe that if I follow this plan, I will be able to succeed initially on my learning journey and have equipment for the future.

Studying in BUV has made me realize my ability to assess myself and my skills as a great role in my study and develop myself. I used to ignore these skills in years because I thought that it didn't do anything about it. So that's why my studies in high school are quite passive, no constructive, to improve this, I'll be able to look back and evaluate my work as soon as I finish anything. I'm going to make a list of good points and bad points to know what to keep and improve. In terms of rhetoric, I will apply my lessons in the week that navigate by the DEAN, the way I've always thought of many different ways, always look at the angle to grasp the character as well as the most divers. This will stimulate independence in training and enhance my own skills as well.
The plans for this development are built based on evaluations and skills that I consider are the most important at present, of course there are other skills that I need to develop that I can't mention in this number of these lines of limitations. I believe that if I follow this plan, I'll be able to succeed on my training journey and have pages for the future.
