Cơ sở để loại bỏ là ý nghĩa của biến này đã được bao hàm trong biến “nhân viên nhà hàng có khả năng phân chia và phục vụ thức ăn, thức uống trên bàn tiệc” (Với khả năng phục vụ thức uống trên bàn tiệc bao hàm ý nghĩa có khả năng phục vụ bia, nước ngọt chu đáo).
