Toàn bộ nội dung chính sách phúc lợ

Toàn bộ nội dung chính sách phúc lợi nêu trên có hiệu lực áp dụng từ ngày [….] và tiếp tục có hiệu lực cho đến khi Công ty có Văn bản chấm dứt hiệu lực hoặc Chính sách phúc lợi khác bổ sung, thay thế.

Các nội dung quy định tại Thỏa ước lao động thể hoặc các văn bản khác mà trái với quy định tại Chính sách phúc lợi này thì sẽ thực hiện theo quy định tại Chính sách phúc lợi.

Khi Chính sách phúc lợi này có hiệu lực, Công ty sẽ thông báo cho tập thể Người lao động trong Công ty biết và thực hiện.

Khi Bộ Luật Lao Động hoặc quy định khác của pháp luật thay đổi, Công ty sẽ điều chỉnh, bổ sung Chính sách phúc lợi cho phù hợp với những nội dung thay đổi có liên quan đến chính sách của Công ty.
