Trước đó, tại ĐHCĐ thường niên lần thứ 30 của Eximbank tổ chức ngày 21/7/2015, các cổ đông cũng đã “xoay” lãnh đạo ngân hàng này về các vấn đề liên quan đến Eximland.

Cụ thể, cổ đông yêu cầu lãnh đạo Eximbank trả lời cho việc chủ trương đầu tư vào Eximland là ai đưa ra, con số nợ xấu thực tế là bao nhiêu, là ngân hàng đưa ra hay thanh tra kết luận? Phần đầu tư hơn 300 tỷ đồng vào Eximland có phải là nợ xấu không?Đầu tư của Eximbank vào Eximland bản chất là thế nào, mối quan hệ nội bộ của HĐQT với Eximland là thế nào?

Trả lời cổ đông khi ấy, lãnh đạo Eximbank cho biết trong những năm trước đúng là có đầu tư, nhưng đến nay các khoản dư nợ ở Eximland đã tất toán thành công. Năm vừa qua Eximbank đã chuyển nhượng phần góp vốn vào Eximland, đến nay không còn bất kỳ mối quan hệ nào. Đồng thời HĐQT và ban điều hành sẽ báo cáo kết quả thanh tra tới cổ đông tại ĐHCĐ bất thường bầu nhân sự (tức ngày hôm nay 15/12)
