Dưới sự chỉ đạo của Ông, Công ty đầu tư liên tục cho việc cải tạo môi trường làm việc, giảm thiểu tối đa mức độ bụi, tăng cường chiếu sáng, vệ sinh công nghiệp… Công tác chăm sóc sức khỏe tại chỗ và tổ chức khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm cho người lao động được duy trì thường xuyên. Năm 2011 Công ty phấn đấu đạt chứng nhận hệ thống quản lý môi trường theo ISO 14000.
