Bên A có quyền cắt giảm khối lượng

Bên A có quyền cắt giảm khối lượng thực hiện hợp đồng của bên B khi bên B thi công chậm tiến độ thi công. Phần khối lượng bị cắt giảm bên A có quyền chủ động lựa chọn nhà thầu khác để thực hiện, chi phí phát sinh do việc gián đoạn trong quá trình thi công hoặc do tăng giá của gói thầu bên B phải chịu.
Bên A có quyền yêu cầu bên B bồi thường thiệt hại, chấm dứt hợp đồng theo các quy định trong hợp đồng này và các quy định hiện hành khác của pháp luật.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Party A has the right to cut the volume of contract B when B-Party construction progress slow.
