Luật hộ tịch

Luật này có những quy định cải cách mạnh mẽ về trình tự, thủ tục đăng ký hộ tịch, tạo thuận lợi tối đa cho người dân (như đơn giản hóa và cắt giảm nhiều giấy tờ không cần thiết khi đăng ký hộ tịch; cải tiến phương thức nộp hồ sơ để người dân lựa chọn - nộp trực tiếp, gửi qua bưu chính hoặc qua hệ thống đăng ký hộ tịch trực tuyến khi điều kiện cho phép; giảm thời hạn giải quyết đối với hầu hết việc hộ tịch).
