Chủ tịch tỉnh Hà Tĩnh Đặng Quốc Khánh mới đây ký văn bản gửi Bộ Tài chính đề nghị dịch chuyển vị trí 3 trạm thu phí BOT tại tỉnh này, đồng thời giảm mức thu từ 20 – 60% vì chưa phù hợp với thu nhập người dân.
