- Trên tàu hỗ trợ lặn và trong phòng điều khiển lặn phải được trang bị các phương tiện phòng cháy chữa cháy cần thiết và phải có phương án xử lý khi xảy ra cháy nổ. Và trong suốt thời gian thực hiện công việc, Thuyền trưởng và Giám đốc dự án, kỹ sư dự án, giám thị lặn phải thường xuyên tổ chức diễn tập phương án xử lý khi trường hợp khẩn cấp xảy ra và phối hợp cho nhân sự của cả hai bên thuỷ thủ tàu và đội khảo sát đảm bảo hoạt động nhịp nhàng hiệu quả cao.
