Mục đích của bài dự án mục vụ này là để kiểm tra tính hiệu quả của chiến lược

Bộ homogenousevangelism, và để cung cấp một mô hình bộ để đạt được các bộ tộc Tày ở Cao

Tỉnh Bang ở miền Bắc Việt Nam. Dân số của tỉnh Cao Bằng gồm các

Tay tộc ở mức 67% của tổng số dân. Hầu hết trong số họ chịu ảnh hưởng của chủ nghĩa Mác-neo, và trở thành

atheistsdue để các chính sách của chính phủ và họ đang thờ cúng tổ tiên với thực hành

các nghi lễ tôn kính tổ tiên.

Họ không có cơ hội để nghe phúc âm. Vì vậy, họ không dễ chấp nhận việc

ảnh hưởng của người ngoài. Họ đã có một cộng đồng khép kín. Gần đây có đại ngộ
