Bên thuê phải tự sửa chữa những hư

Bên thuê phải tự sửa chữa những hư hại trong phạm vi khu vực thuê nếu những hư hại đó gây ra do lỗi của bên thuê. Điều này có nghĩa bên thuê tự chịu trách nhiệm cho bất cứ việc sửa chữa, bảo trì trong khu vực thuê của mình. Bên cho thuê có quyền sửa chữa khu văn phòng cho thuê nếu trong vòng 07 (bảy) ngày kể từ khi bên cho thuê gởi thông báo yêu cầu sửa chữa mà bên thuê không thực hiện và bên cho thuê có quyền yêu cầu bên thuê thanh toán chi phí cho việc sửa chữa đó ngay sau khi nhận được hóa đơn tài chính.
