Theo những kiến thức thả và công nghệ đã nghiên cứu tại Việt Nam về hệ thống tuần hoàn cho Tôm , chúng tôi đã phát triển hệ thống như sau:

Hệ thống RAS-CON được phát triển dựa trên các nghiên cứu thực tế về Tôm tại Việt Nam, xây dựng mô hình thiết kế siêu thâm canh, không thay nước, điều khiển tự động.Hệ thống tối ưu cho sản xuất Tôm sạch chất lượng cao , siêu năng suất , tỷ suất lợi nhuận /đầu tư rất cao, dễ vận hành, diện tích cần thiết nhỏ. Đây là công nghệ nuôi trồng hiện đại nhất trong Thủy sản hiện nay ,công nghệ thiết kế và vận hành theo Công nghệ Hà Lan và Israel ,công nghệ thả nuôi theo mô hình tại Mỹ. Nguyên liệu chế tạo RAS-CON đều sử dụng từ các nước G7 như Mỹ, Đức, Nhật và Ý. Từ những ứng dụng của các thành tưu của thế giới để có sản phẩm công nghệ cho Nông nghiệp Đô thị, rút ngắn khoảng cách từ Trang trại đến bàn ăn, truy suất nguồn gốc, tạo giá trị cho sản phẩm nông sản cao cấp, an toàn.

Hệ thống thiết kế bao gồm: 1 Container 20” & 4 Container 40”

1.RAS-CON: 1 Container 20” , bên trong bao gồm toàn bộ hệ thống RAS xử lý và điều khiển quá trình nuôi Tôm tự động.Liên kết với cụm hồ nuôi bằng 2 đầu ống Vào IN (lấy nước từ hồ nuôi để xử lý) & Ra OUT( bơm nước trở lại hồ nuôi sau xử lý).Mỗi ngày hệ thống RAS-CON có thể xử lý gấp 500-800% lượng nước của hồ nuôi ( tương đương thay nước 5-8 lần /ngày).Hệ thống sử dụng công nghệ Vi sinh & lọc sinh học Bio-Filter để xử lý nuớc hồ nuôi ,tái tạo môi trường siêu sạch cho Tôm nuôi.Nước trước khi đưa trở lại hồ nuôi còn được khử khí độc trong nước ,xử lý tia cực tím UV-Systems và cung cấp Oxy cho Tôm.Đi kèm là hệ thống Sensor đo các chỉ tiêu môi trường nước hồ nuôi và điều chỉnh môi trường trước khi đưa về hồ nuôi(đặt riêng).

















2.Hệ thống nuôi : 2 hệ thống









2 Container 40” xếp chồng lên nhau, chia thành 7 tầng ,bọc Composite làm hồ nuôi ,chiều cao mực nước nuôi là 30-35cm.Có hệ thống ống nhựa PVC thu và xả nước liên kết với RAS-CON.Mối tầng có máy cho ăn tự động



Bố trí: 2 cụm hồ nuôi đặt song song cách nhau 110cm,kết nối là đường giao thông 2 tầng theo chiều cao của container .Đặt vuông góc với 2 cụm hồ container là hệ thống RAS thành chữ U.Diện tích sử dụng 80 m2


Vận hành: Quy trình thả Tôm sẽ tạo ra giá trị sản phẩm và sản lượng cao nhất.Quy trình nuôi Tôm sẽ tính trong 90 ngày, chia làm 3 giai đoạn- Phase.Mỗi Phase 4 tuần (30 ngày) sẽ chuyển xuống Phase tiếp theo bằng trọng lực .Tôm thẻ sẽ đạt kích cỡ size 35-42 con/kg.Nếu muốn size lớn hơn có thể bố trí 1 Phase nữa 2 tuần (15 ngày) mới thu hoạch.Sau khi chuyển Phase sẽ giảm số lượng Tôm/m2 để Tôm có không gian lớn.Với 7 tầng như trên sẽ phân làm 3 Phase như sau ( từ trên xuống):
-Phase 1: tầng số 1 (1 tầng).
-Phase 2: tầng số 2&3 ( 2 tầng).
-Phase 3: tầng số 4,5,6,7 (4 tầng).
Sản Lượng: tính trên hệ thống cụm nuôi 4 Container 40”
Diện tích sàn Container 40” # 25m2 (sau khi làm bồn )

Phase1 : 1 tầng x 25 m2 x 2 = 50 m2(thả 1200 con/m2 size 1000)
Phase2 : 2 tầng x 25 m2 x 2 = 100 m2(thả 500 con/m2 size 150)
Phase3 : 4 tầng x 25 m2 x 2 = 200 m2(thu 240 con/m2 size 35-42 )

Năng suất 6.5 kg/m2 Tôm size 35-42 con/m2

Sản lượng thu/ vụ: 6.5 kg/con x 200 m2 = 1300 kg/vụ

Số vụ thả 12 vụ/năm ( 1 tháng thả giống/lần)
Số vụ thu hoạch 12 vụ/năm ( 1 tháng thu/lần)

Sản lượng/năm: 1300kg/vụ x 12 vụ/năm = 15.600 kg/năm # 15,6 tấn/năm


Giá thành:
Đây là công nghệ thiết kế độc quyền ,lần đầu tiên ứng dụng tại Việt Nam , có thể sản xuất lượng thủy sản chất lượng cao,sản lượng lớn, sản phẩm sạch ( không có kháng sinh , chất tăng trọng) ,truy xuất nguồn gốc sản phẩm,có thể nuôi trong đô thị tăng gía trị thương phẩm khi cung cấp cho hệ thống nhà hàng , khách sạn , siêu thị...

Công nghệ RAS-CON là công nghệ cao ,đòi hỏi KTV vận hành phải được đào tạo công nghệ vận hành , xử lý sự cố ,kiểm soát môi trường...

Chúng tôi cung cấp gói sản phẩm bao gồm: thiết kế , thi công , vận hành , chuyển giao công nghệ vận hành , đào tạo KTV vận hành (trình độ đầu vào Trung cấp thủy sản , sinh hoc ,...), bảo hành sản phẩm 1 năm , bảo trì 3 năm.

Hệ thống có độ bền 15-20 năm, khấu hao 5 năm sản xuất.

Ngoài ra còn có các gói sản phẩm nâng cấp: Hệ thống điều khiển qua internet, Hệ thống cân bằng môi trường tự động , Hệ thống nuôi vùng lạnh...
