Trong trường hợp Chủ Đầu Tư có vướng mắc trong hóa đơn Bên Tư Vấn đề nghị thanh toán, Chủ Đầu Tư phải nhanh chóng thông báo cho Bên Tư Vấn các hạng mục liệt kê trong hóa đơn mà Chủ Đầu Tư không đồng ý kèm theo giải trình lý do hợp lý, đồng thời tiến hành thanh toán kịp thời cho các hạng mục không thuộc tranh chấp theo đúng tiến độ.
