1. Quy chế này quy định nội dung quy chế dân chủ ở cơ sở và hình thức thực hiện dân chủ tại nơi làm việc ở tại Công ty TNHH MSA YB
2. Đối tượng áp dụng của Quy chế này là Giám đốc hoặc người được ủy quyền hợp pháp tại Công ty (sau đây gọi chung là người sử dụng lao động); Ban Chấp hành Công đoàn cơ sở; người lao động làm việc theo hợp đồng lao động.
Điều 2. Quy chế dân chủ ở cơ sở tại nơi làm việc
1. Quy chế dân chủ ở cơ sở tại nơi làm việc là những quy định về quyền và trách nhiệm của người lao động, người sử dụng lao động, Ban Chấp hành Công đoàn cơ sở với các nội dung người lao động được biết, được tham gia ý kiến, được quyết định, được kiểm tra, giám sát và các hình thức thực hiện dân chủ ở cơ sở tại nơi làm việc.
