Triển khai đồng bộ công tác điều chỉnh Phí Quản Lý (PQL) 12 cụm/ khu phố năm 2016 – đợt 1.
Vừa qua TTPVKH đã thực hiện công tác rà soát và tiến hành điều chỉnh PQL cho 12 cụm/ khu phố, nhằm cân bằng thu – chi hoạt động vận hành khu phố giai đoạn 2016-2018 kể từ tháng 8/2016.
Theo Memorandum ngày 26/07/2016 đã được Ban Tổng Giám Đốc phê duyệt, gồm các nội dung phối hợp với các phòng ban nhằm thực hiện đồng bộ công tác thanh toán chi phí cho khu phố, cập nhật giá PQL vào hợp đồng mua bán nhà đối với sản phẩm chưa bán, ghi nhận doanh thu phí vận hành…chi tiết theo phương án các khu phố đính kèm, cụ thể như sau:
 Đối với nhà chung cư: phương án được xây dựng trên cơ sở Thông tư 02/2016/TT-BXD.
 Đối với khu biệt thự: chuyển một số hạng mục phù hợp sang chi từ nguồn lãi quỹ bảo trì (LQBT) như: phủ xanh, điện công cộng, nước công cộng, vệ sinh hồ chứa nước, bảo trì máy phát điện, bảo trì phòng bơm nước sinh hoạt, kiểm định nước sinh hoạt, châm dầu máy phát điện…cụ thể chi tiết theo từng phương án. Riêng đối với cụm Hưng Gia 1, 3, 5, Hưng Phước 1 không thực hiện điều chỉnh PQL mà chỉ chuyển nguồn chi hạng mục phủ xanh từ PQL sang LQBT kể từ tháng 1/2016.
 Về phí vận hành của các khu phố bao gồm các hạng mục: lương nhân viên Quản lý khu phố, lương nhân viên kỹ thuật ca ngày và đêm, chi phí văn phòng sẽ được áp dụng theo mức thu mới của phương án.
