Hai nước cũng sẽ phối hợp rà soát và đánh giá tổng thể tình hình thực hiện văn bản, thỏa thuận hợp tác đầu tư trong lĩnh vực năng lượng, khoáng sản, công nghiệp giữa hai nước, trên cơ sở đó có hướng hợp tác, sửa đổi, bổ sung các hiệp định, biên bản thỏa thuận trong thời gian tới; đồng thời phối hợp rà soát kỹ các dự án đầu tư của Việt Nam tại Lào để kịp thời giải quyết các khó khăn, thúc đẩy triển khai theo đúng cam kết. Phía Việt Nam sẽ lựa chọn các doanh nghiệp có năng lực tham gia đầu tư vào các dự án tại Lào.
