Công ty Dung dịch khoan và Hoá phẩm Dầu khí được thành lập theo quyết định số 182/ QĐ-TCDK ngày 8/3/1990 của Tổng Cục Dầu khí, để đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất hoá phẩm dung dịch khoan. Ngày 18/10/2005, Công ty Cổ phần Dung dịch khoan và Hoá Phẩm Dầu khí chính thức hoạt động theo Giấy chứng nhận ĐKKD số 0103009579 do Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư Thành phố Hà Nội cấp ngày 18/10/2005. Giấy chứng nhận ĐKKD này được Sở Kế hoạch Đầu tư Thành phố Hà Nội cấp thay đổi lần thứ 3 vào ngày 26/10/2007;

- Là nhà cung cấp hàng đầu trong lĩnh vực dung dịch khoan và hoá phẩm dầu khí trong nước và từng bước trở thành nhà cung cấp chính cho các nhà thầu trong khu vực và trên thế giới; thực hiện cung cấp dịch vụ trọn gói về dung dịch khoan cho các giếng khoan, góp phần vào sự phát triển khối dịch vụ dầu khí của Tập đoàn Dầu khí Việt Nam.

This business registration certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment in Hanoi 3rd grade change on 26/10/2007; - As a leading supplier in the field of drilling fluids and chemicals and petroleum products in water gradually become the main supplier for contractors in the region and the world; implementation provide complete services in drilling fluids for drilling wells, contributing to the development of oil and gas service sector of Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation.
