Điều 12. Căn cứ vào kết quả kinh doanh hằng năm của DN, Giám đốc DN thống nhất với Công đoàn chi cho một số khoản phúc lợi khác như sau:
- CBCNV ốm đau phải nằm viện được chi một lần trong năm, mức chi 300.000đ/ người.
- CBCNV đang làm việc tại DN bị chết trợ cấp 1.000.000đ + 1 bức trướng/người.
- Bố, mẹ (kể cả bố mẹ vợ hoặc chồng), chồng, vợ, con CBCNV đang làm việc tại DN bị chết được phúng viếng 500.000đ + 1 bức trướng/người.
- CBCNV lấy chồng, lấy vợ được mừng 500.000đ/ người.
- Tết Nguyên đán chi quà bằng tiền mặt cho mỗi CBCNV là 300.000đ/ người.
- Hỗ trợ ăn ca 01 bữa trưa 15.000đ/ người.
