6.3 Trong trường hợp Chuyên Gia tích hợp bất kỳ quyền sở hữu trí tuệ nào đã được tạo ra trước đó bởi Chuyên Gia vào bất kỳ Quyền Sở Hữu Trí Tuệ nào, Chuyên Gia sẽ cấp và Công Ty theo đây đồng ý nhận, trên cơ sở không giới hạn phạm vi địa lý, trong hay ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam, miễn phí bản quyền hoặc phí cấp phép, vĩnh viễn, không hủy ngang để khai thác các hạng mục kết hợp này, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn, bất kỳ và toàn bộ các bản quyền, bằng sáng chế, bí mật kinh doanh, nhãn hiệu, kiểu dáng công nghiệp hoặc các quyền sở hữu trí tuệ khác theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam, được kết hợp với các Quyền Sở Hữu Trí Tuệ dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào. Chuyên Gia cũng cam kết rằng Chuyên Gia sẽ không cố ý tích hợp bất kỳ các hạng mục tích hợp nào có khả năng vi phạm quyền sở hữu trí tuệ của bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào vào Quyền Sở Hữu Trí Tuệ.
