Về biểu thuế nhập khẩu ưu đãi:
Mục III biểu thuế xuất nhập khẩu ưu đãi nhằm thực hiện cam kết của Việt Nam khi gia nhập Tổ chức thương mại thế giới (WTO) trong các năm 2017, 2018 và từ 2019 trở đi đối với các mặt hàng cá, ô tô chở người và ô tô chở hàng.
Ngoài biểu thuế nhập khẩu đã được đơn vị đính kèm, C5 cần cập nhật biểu thuế của Việt Nam để thực hiện Hiệp định Thương mại tư do giữa một bên là Nhà nước Việt Nam và một bên là Liên minh Kinh tế Á - Âu và các nước thành viên giai đoạn 2016-2018 (tại Nghị định 137/2016/NĐ-CP).
Thời gian sắp tới, công ty cần lưu ý về 02 hiệp định thương mại mà Việt Nam đã kết thúc đàm phán gồm có: Hiệp định thương mại tự do Việt Nam – EU (EVFTA, công bố ngày 04/08/2016) và Hiệp định đối tác xuyên Thái Bình Dương (TPP, công bố ngày 05/10/2015) để chọn thực hiện mức thuế quan ưu đãi nhất.
Về thuế nhập khẩu ngoài hạn ngạch thuế quan:
Trong năm 2016, công ty chưa được Bộ Nông nghiệp và phát triển nông thôn cấp hạn ngạch nhập khẩu mặt hàng muối. Vì vậy, khi nhập khẩu mặt hàng này, công ty vẫn đang bị áp mức thuế quan ngoài hạn ngạch.
Trong những năm tiếp theo, cần theo dõi hạn ngạch nhập khẩu mặt hàng muối mà Chính phủ Việt Nam công bố hằng năm để xin cấp hạn ngạch cho công ty.
