When we work in groups, would of course there will be the advantages and disadvantages of working together. There are membership only think of their interests without thinking of the interests of the whole group, or egos of themselves too large to affect everything around. Everybody should respect each other's opinions, rather than debate, we should sit down, listen to each other's opinions and find the best path to achieve common goals.
