Khi chúng ta làm việc theo nhóm, ắt hẳn sẽ có những ưu điểm và nhược điểm khi làm việc chung với nhau. Khi chúng ta cùng chung sức làm một công việc nào đó với sự hỗ trợ lẫn nhau thì quãng đường đi đến mục tiêu sẽ được rút ngắn hơn bao giờ hết và chúng ta còn được mở rộng mối quan hệ. Nếu chúng ta làm việc trong cùng một nhóm thì sẽ có rất nhiều lợi thế nhưng bên cạnh đó cũng không ít những rắc rối. Có rất nhiều vấn đề, ví dụ : bất đồng quan điểm, phân chia công việc không hợp lý, không hoàn thành công việc đúng hạn hoặc để chuyện cá nhân ảnh hưởng đến tập thể v.v Điều đó không thể tránh khỏi.

Và tôi cũng không ngoại lệ, vấn đề mà tôi từng gặp khi làm việc với những người khác đó chính là bất đồng quan điểm. Bởi vì mỗi người đều có cách suy nghĩ của riêng mình và cách làm việc cũng khác nhau. Điển hình là một lần khi tôi làm việc với các thành viên trong môn học eco. Tôi và nhóm trưởng đã cãi nhau kịch liệt, điều đó đã làm tôi buồn rất nhiều và nó còn ảnh hưởng đến mục tiêu mà nhóm đã đề ra từ lúc ban đầu. Vì nhóm trưởng đã không chịu lắng nghe hết ý kiến của tôi, cho rằng ý kiến của tôi không đúng với mục tiêu đề ra. Tôi đã tổn thương khi nhóm trưởng đã hành xử như vậy và kể từ đó tình bạn giữa tôi và nhóm trưởng đã rạn nứt. Tôi là người thẳng tính, luôn muốn mọi thứ phải rõ ràng và tôi không thể làm việc chung với một người như vậy.

Tôi hiểu rằng ai cũng đều muốn những thành viên trong nhóm đều nghe theo ý kiến của mình. Không phải ai cũng hiểu và chịu nhường nhịn nhau, một vài thành viên có tính ích kỷ luôn đề cao ý kiến của mình mà không quan tâm hoặc đánh giá thấp ý kiến của người khác. Có những thành viên chỉ nghĩ đến lợi ích của mình mà không nghĩ đến lợi ích chung của cả nhóm hay cái tôi của bản thân quá lớn đã làm ảnh hưởng đến mọi thứ xung quanh. Điều đó không tốt một chút nào và càng không nên xảy ra bởi vì nó không chỉ ảnh hưởng đến công việc mà còn ảnh hưởng đến mối quan hệ bạn bè. Mọi người nên tôn trọng ý kiến của nhau, thay vì tranh cãi thì chúng ta nên ngồi lại, lắng nghe ý kiến của nhau và tìm hướng đi tốt nhất để đạt được mục tiêu chung.
