Cả hai bên đã thỏa thuận và nhất trí rằng:

Trong trường hợp khách hàng có tổn thất xảy ra mà khách hàng đã thanh toán phí bảo hiểm cho Bên B nhưng Bên B chưa thanh toán cho Bên A, do chưa đến thời hạn thanh toán nói trên, Bên A phải chấp nhận giải quyết bồi thường cho khách hàng. Bên B có trách nhiệm cung cấp cho Bên A các thông tin và tính chính xác của việc thu phí bảo hiểm của khách hàng để giải quyết bồi thường cho khách hàng theo đúng các quy định, quy tắc bảo hiểm mà Bên A đã ban hành.
Phụ lục Bổ sung này được lập thành hai (02) bản, mỗi bên giữ 01 bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau.
