Recruitment methods which I will use for the new vacancies are: "basis of introduction" and "internet". I selected them because there isn't much time to figure out who set for the position. By using the referral basis can I ask my friends and my colleagues for the good people that can fit with the position I need. I realize that this is the best way for the time. Another "internet" just to make sure that if I can't find the ones I need from friends and colleagues of mine, I still have enough employees on time and with the popularity of the Internet, I can figure out the best fit for the position. The advantages of the introduction is: I dont need to check or review the suggested people and its process takes only a short time. However, the downside is: not many people recommended and I don't have much choice. Other methods that I can look at is the recruitment agencies, print media, direct approach, headhunting.
