b. Ước lượng rủi ro
Nhà máy UHC thực hiện ước lượng rủi ro có thể có đối với các sản phẩm của nhà máy. Rủi ro là kết quả một chuỗi các sự kiện, tình huống nguy hiểm và tổn hại đi kèm có thể xảy ra. Để đánh giá rủi ro bằng cách ước lượng cả tính nghiêm trọng xác suất xảy ra tổn hại và khả năng phát hiện.

Mức độ nghiêm trọng do các sai hỏng tác động gây lỗi sản phẩm, liên quan đến các yêu cầu từ khách hàng. Chỉ số mức độ nghiêm trọng được tính theo thang điểm từ 1 đến 10 tương ứng với từ không nghiêm trọng đến rất nghiêm trọng.
