Về phía hiệp hội: Hiệp hội Giao nhận kho vận Việt Nam- VIFFAS (Tên tiếng Anh :Vietnam Freight Forwarders Association)
- Kết hợp với các hiệp hội giao nhận các nước ASEAN ( AFFA - Asean Federation of Forwarders Associations), các chương trình của Bộ Giao thông vận tải, tổ chức các khóa đào tạo nghiệp vụ giao nhận, gom hàng đường biển;
- Liên kết với trường Cao đẳng Hải quan mở lớp đào tạo về đại lý khai quan, cấp bằng, chứng chỉ cho các hội viên tại TP.HCM, Đà Nẵng và Hà Nội.
- Hiệp hội vận tải hàng không quốc tế - IATA thông qua Vietnam Airlines đã tổ chức một số lớp học nghiệp vụ và thi cấp bằng IATA có giá trị quốc tế.
